今天，美国移民局发布截至2015年4月30日，最新美国投资移民项目办公室审批时间信息，兆龙移民整理如下。需要告诉大家的是，参议院版的EB-5改革法案提出当申请人取得I-526批准并且已到、去广领馆申请移民签证时，如果EB-5投资已经满两年，申请人可以直接申请正式绿卡，而不用先取得临时绿卡并等待两年后再申请正式绿卡。在涨价不可避免的情况下，如果绿卡周期缩短为两年，也不失为一大安慰，必将增加EB-5的吸引力。
